Step 3: Pack and ship

Pack the item securely in original packaging and use the return label provided

Step 4: Track return

Track your return using the tracking number provided

Step 5: Receive refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

Non-Returnable Items

Defects & Damage Claims

If you receive a faulty or damaged item:

  2. A full replacement or refund will be issued
  3. No return required for clearly defective items

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item? We offer free exchanges for size/color changes within 30 days of delivery. Simply return your item using the free return label and place a new order, or contact us for a direct exchange.
